Talenova offers a structured range of nutrition guidance programmes, each designed around a specific dimension of food habit formation. Programmes may be taken individually or combined into a longer engagement.
Habit Assessment & Food Profiling
A foundational four-session programme for new clients. The intake assessment maps current food habits across a typical week. The nutritional profiling stage identifies imbalances and recurring shortfalls. A personalised food framework is delivered at the end of the engagement.
Balanced Meal Planning Programme
A six-session programme delivering a complete, personalised weekly meal plan built around seasonal UK produce, whole food sources, and balanced macronutrient ratios. Recipes, shopping guidance, and batch preparation notes are provided at each session.
Portion Calibration
A practical three-session programme focused entirely on portion awareness. Without calorie counting, clients develop an intuitive understanding of appropriate serving sizes through visual and tactile references.
Mindful Eating
A four-session programme introducing structured mindful eating practices: attending to hunger and satiety signals, understanding emotional eating patterns, and building a slower, more deliberate relationship with mealtimes.
Sport & Active Lifestyle
Designed for clients with regular sport or fitness commitments. This programme structures food intake around training schedules, focusing on whole food sources for sustained daily energy, recovery, and consistent performance.
Gut-Friendly Nutrition
A programme structured around foods that support comfortable digestive function: fermented ingredients, dietary fibre from whole grains and legumes, and vegetables that contribute to a varied and resilient eating pattern. Seasonal recipe sets are provided throughout.
Seasonal Cooking & Variety
A practical programme introducing seasonal cooking cycles, focused on building a broader repertoire of ingredients. Each of the four seasonal cycles introduces new vegetables, fruits, and preparation techniques that expand daily food variety and nutritional range.

In-Person, London
Sessions take place at the Talenova studio on North Audley Street, Marylebone, London W1U. The studio is equipped with preparation surfaces, ingredient reference materials, and a quiet, unhurried environment suited to detailed conversation.
Remote
All programme formats are available remotely via video consultation. Clients receive the same structured intake documentation, personalised frameworks, and seasonal recipe materials. Remote sessions are scheduled Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
What each programme includes.
A structured written summary of the intake assessment, including food habit observations and identified patterns.
A written framework outlining daily food group targets, portion references, and meal structure guidance specific to the client's profile.
A curated collection of whole food, gut-friendly recipes updated with the current UK seasonal produce calendar, covering breakfast, main meals, and snacks.
A written record of each session's observations, adjustments made to the programme, and agreed next steps. Provided after each consultation.
